Biliq collects a variety of information that you provided directly to us or though our affiliate marketing partners. We process your information when necessary to provide you with the Services that you have requested when accepting our Terms of Service, or when we have obtained your prior consent, or when we have a legitimate interest to do so. For example, we may have a legitimate interest to process your information for security, testing, maintenance, and enhancement purposes of the Services we provide to you, or for analytics, research and reporting purposes. Without your information, we cannot provide you with the Services you have requested or you may be limited in your use of the Services.

Cancellation Policy

at Biliq Coliving

  1. For a full refund, guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

  2. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least 7 full days prior to check-in date and time. 

  3. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to check-in or if guests decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

  4. Cancellation must be made in writing to stay@biliqbali.com and deemed acknowledged once a written reply is sent.

Check-in date: Aug 30

Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking time and on or before Aug 16

50% refund: Cancel between Aug 17 to Aug 23

Cancellation on or after Aug 24: No refund

for Biliq Virtual Office

  1. Refund only applies for order within 30 days from date of payment.

  2. Refund only applies if the following instance takes place:

    • Lease agreement, IMB, SHM, or business domicile letter is rejected by permit office for set up of PT PMDN, PT PMA, CV or UD. ​

  3. Only rejection of documents from government offices will be considered. Rejection by client-appointed notary or agent without official proof from government offices may not be considered.

  4. Client needs to enter the refund process with good faith and not for the reason to gain a free domicile address after Biliq has fulfilled all requirements as a virtual office provider. Biliq management reserves the right to withdraw the refund if any hint of deceit is perceived.
